Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an eligible Mac with a Promotion Product or eligible iPad with a Promotion Product. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade the Promotion Product at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalised terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on 17 June, 2025 and ends on 30 September, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) in Singapore (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Brick-and-mortar Apple Store locations, Apple Online Store for Education Individuals and 1800‐692‐7753 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and shipped after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction of the Eligible Product and Promotion Product instantly at the time of purchase. Customers will choose their Promotion Product; Promotion Products vary depending on the Eligible Product purchased. Promotion Savings vary depending on the Promotion Product selected. The Promotion Product is not a “gift”. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS:
Those eligible for this promotion include faculty, staff, students and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
Kindergartens, Primary schools, Secondary schools - Any employee of a public or private kindergarten, Primary or Secondary school is eligible. In addition, school board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible; PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers and staff of the Ministry of Education are eligible.
Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges and Institutes of Technical Education - Faculty and staff of Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges or Institutes of Technical Education in Singapore and students attending or accepted into Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges or Institutes of Technical Education in Singapore are eligible to purchase.
Universities, Polytechnics, Junior Colleges and Institutes of Technical Education - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a University, Polytechnic, Junior College or Institute of Technical Education in Singapore are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from the online Apple Store for Education Individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.
VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS:
When a Qualified Purchaser purchases an Eligible Product at an Apple Store, our retail employees may ask the customer to show them (1) a copy of the relevant Student/Faculty/Staff ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a Higher Education institute in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”); and (2) the relevant government-issued photo identification card or passport for non-residents (“ID Document”). Our retail employees at the Apple Store will conduct a visual check of the Qualification Proof and ID Document in order to verify that the information matches and the customer is a Qualified Purchaser entitled to the Promotion Savings. No copy is taken by Apple of the Qualification Proof or the ID Document.
The customer can choose not to provide the Qualification Proof or ID Document, but this may result in Apple not being able to provide the Promotion Savings to the customer. In such a case, the customer can choose to continue to purchase the relevant product without the Promotion Savings at the Apple Store or make a purchase via the Apple Store Online, where a different verification process independently operated by a third party in accordance with their privacy policy and terms is available.
If a parent of a student at a Higher Education institute purchases any Eligible Product and seeks to utilise the Promotion Savings, the recipient and end user of that Eligible Product must be their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a Higher Education institute in the Qualifying Country. The parent must present the relevant Qualification Proof and ID Document of the student to the Apple Store employee, and the student’s information must match. Otherwise, Apple may refuse to provide the Promotion Savings.
When a Qualified Purchaser chooses to purchase an Eligible Product through the Apple Store Online, they may be asked to go through a verification process to ensure that they are a Qualified Purchaser and entitled to the Promotion Savings. Such verification process is independently operated by a third party in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms.
When a Qualified Purchaser chooses to purchase an Eligible Product by calling 1800‐692‐7753, Apple may ask the customer by separate email to provide a copy of the relevant Qualification Proof to ensure they are entitled to the Promotion Savings. Such information will only be used to validate that the customer is a Qualified Purchaser entitled to the Promotion Savings, and copies of the Qualification Proof will be deleted once they are no longer necessary to retain. Shipment of the products may be delayed if Apple does not receive the Qualification Proof in time or if Apple needs additional time to verify that the customer is eligible for the Promotion Savings. The customer does not have to provide the Qualification Proof, but this may result in the cancellation of the order. In that case, the customer can choose to make the purchase using the different validation processes offered at our Apple Store or via the Apple Store Online or can continue to purchase the relevant products without applying the Promotion Savings.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. If an Eligible Product is returned or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in its original packaging or the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser may be responsible for payment of the difference. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference. If only the Promotion Product is returned while the Eligible Product is kept by the Qualified Purchaser, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive Promotion Savings. Eligible Products or Promotion Products purchased at an Apple Store location in a Qualifying Country must be returned or exchanged at the same Apple Store location, subject to such store’s policies and procedures.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products and Promotion Product colours are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For Eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For Eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, non-profit organisations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers and business purchasers do not qualify for this promotion, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings you have received. Eligible Products and Promotion Products may be delivered separately at different times.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
