so i just need help with a workaround to fix my airpods pro that i bought a year ago, the ANC or transparency mode isn’t working. When i turn them on and hear the chimes it just sounds like the headphones have a button that makes chimes noises without them having a action to them. My AirPod Pro’s after about 6 months of use start to vibrate when I move or there is loud noises around me. If I set the volumen in the lowest section the volumen is too loud , it hurts a lot. And if I try one step lower it goes to zero. This is very annoying, and makes impossible to use the AirPods with the iMac or Apple TV. With my iPhone 8 the volume behavior is normal. In addition to this problem, the Airpods , when I use them with my iPhone, randomly disconnect themselves. I've already tried restarting them and it didn't help. They are still under warranty.
