Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive Promotion Savings when purchasing an eligible Mac or eligible iPad with a Promotion Product. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade select Promotion Products at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalized terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on 17 June, 2025 and ends on 30 September, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) in the Philippines (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Apple Online Store for Education Individuals and 1-800-1441-0234 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and shipped after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Savings.
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction of the Eligible Product and Promotion Product instantly at the time of purchase. Customers will choose their Promotion Product; Promotion Products vary depending on the Eligible Product purchased. Promotion Savings vary depending on the Promotion Product selected. The Promotion Product is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

Refurbished products and open-box returns sold “as is” are not eligible for this offer. Financing offers may not be combined with Higher Education offer purchases.
QUALIFIED PURCHASERS:
Those eligible for this promotion include faculty, staff, students, and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
K–12 - Any employee of a public or private K–12 institution in the Philippines is eligible. In addition, school board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible. PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers are eligible.
Higher Education - Faculty and staff of Higher Education institutions; and students attending or accepted into a Higher Education institution in the Philippines are eligible to purchase.
Higher Education Parents - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education institution in the Philippines are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from the Apple Store for Education Individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.
VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS:
When a Qualified Purchaser chooses to purchase an Eligible Product through the Apple Store Online or by calling 1-800-1441-0234, Apple may ask the customer by separate email to provide a copy of the relevant Student/Faculty/Staff ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a Higher Education institute in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”). Such information will only be used to validate that the customer is a Qualified Purchaser entitled to the Promotion Savings, and copies of the Qualification Proof will be deleted once they are no longer necessary to retain. Shipment of the products may be delayed if Apple does not receive the Qualification Proof in time or if Apple needs additional time to verify that the customer is eligible for the Promotion Savings.
The customer will be asked to accept the notice presented on the POS terminal at the Apple Store location regarding the collection of their last name and last 5 digits of the Qualification Proof. By clicking “Accept” on the POS terminal, the customer shall have consented: (1) for Apple to collect, process, retain, and use such information in compliance with the applicable laws of the Qualified Country and Apple’s Privacy Policy, and (2) for Apple’s affiliates to transmit, process, retain, and use such information for the purposes of ensuring quantity limits are followed and the Eligible Products are sold only to end users. If the customer making the purchase is a parent of a higher education student and the student has reached the age of majority under applicable law, by clicking ”Accept” on the POS terminal the customer warrants that the necessary consent has been obtained from the student and that the student’s personal data may be provided to us in the manner described above.
The customer can choose not to go through the above verification process, but this may result in Apple not being able to provide the Promotion Savings to the customer. In such a case, the customer can choose to continue to purchase the relevant product without the Promotion Savings.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. If an Eligible Product is returned or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in good condition or the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser may be responsible for payment of the difference. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference. If only the Promotion Product is returned while the Eligible Product is kept by the Qualified Purchaser, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive Promotion Savings.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products, and Promotion Product colors are subject to availability. For Eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For Eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify for this promotion, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings you have received. Eligible Products and Promotion Products may be delivered separately at different times.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
